You must be at least 13 years old to use Phazee. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Phazee offers a subscription with a 24-hour free trial, after which the subscription automatically renews at $4.99 per month unless canceled.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the end of the trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
If you start a subscription before the free trial ends, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited, as required by Apple's subscription policies.
All billing and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store terms.
You agree to use Phazee only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Your Ownership: You retain ownership of all content ideas you create using Phazee.
License to Operate: By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Phazee service to you.
You are solely responsible for any content you create and share outside of Phazee.
The Phazee app, including its design, features, and technology, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Phazee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Content ideas generated by our AI are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any content before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phazee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Phazee at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or our service.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings. Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the app. Your continued use of Phazee after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
